This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong technical background, particularly in industrial engineering. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex data. While experience is preferred, the role also welcomes motivated and adaptable recent graduates who are ready to contribute to process improvement and optimization in a dynamic industrial setting. 
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•    Analyze Material and Work Process Flows 
•    Calculate potential cost savings and resource optimizations based on production volume changes.
•    Develop and suggest projects to improve workplace standards, including layout, processes, and material flow design.
•    Collaborate with department managers to plan and execute approved projects.
•    Maintain accurate and coherent data in IT systems used by the Industrial Engineering department.
•    Implement 5S methodologies to enhance workplace organization and efficiency, conduct regular audits to ensure 5S compliance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    A degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. 
•    Strong ability to work with complex datasets and manipulate numerical information reliably.
•    Analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities
•    High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
•    Creativity and Innovation - ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and workflows.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION  
•    Flexibility: adaptable to changing work environments and varying project requirements proficiency in written and spoken English. 
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
