Title:  Internship R&D Junior Process Specialist - Settimo Torinese

Main Activities:

•    Coordinating process industrialization activities, debugging and optimizing new and innovative processes.
•    Supporting the Product Development team with process related issues that arise during tyre building activities.
•    Organizing and coordinating process tests to improve know-how and optimize process parameters.
•    Performing tests and analyses to better understand and resolve quality related issues in production.

Requirements:

•    Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or similar technical topics.

•    Fluency in Italian.

•    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, basic skills in Python are appreciated.

•    An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques.
•    A preference for data-driven decision making.
•    An openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
•    Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities.
