Tyre Technician - Pirelli Performance Centre 1

We are looking for a commercially minded, customer focused and professionally presented Tyre Technician to join the team at our Burton based Pirelli Performance Centre (PPC).

As a Tyre Technician, you will provide our customers with a premium tyre fitting and technical advice service, together with ensuring all of our H&S and Quality standards are adhered to, maintained and recorded.  Part of this role will also include the loading and unloading of stock to the PPC, together with supporting at PPC events as and when required. 

Experience in the tyre fitting industry is advantageous but not essential.  To be successful in this role you should have excellent customer facing skills, be confident in dealing with people at all levels, be professional in your approach and have good IT skills. A full driving licence is essential, together with a passion for the automotive industry.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who is well presented, comfortable in communicating with people,with a positive, adaptable and flexible approach towards work. 

Salary for the role will be £24,000 pa.  Core working hours will be 38.25 hours per week, Monday - Saturday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm weekdays and 8.30 am - 1.00 pm Saturday, with a day off during the week when rota'd to work a Saturday), but due to the nature of the role, flexibility will be required.
