Based in Warsaw and reporting to country CFO, the resource will support Admin & Control function in the following activities:



  • preparing all the reports requested by the Group Headquarter (month, quarter, year-end reports, forecasts, variance analysis, budget plans, financial statement)
  • participation in yearly budgeting process (Management Plan),
  • controlling of actual vs. planned data (sales and cost control, with significant focus on logistic costs);
  • elaboration of interim forecasts, including analysis of variations;
  • ordinary cost control, suggesting solutions increasing cost efficiency;
  • analysis of the company’s financial liquidity;
  • preparing ad hoc financial analysis and reports;
  • managing control between different reporting / database platforms to guarantee data integrity;
  • maintenance of GL accounts  (jurnal entries, supporting month end close process, reconciling and analyzing accounts);
  • reconciliation of intercompany accounts;
  • implementation corporate tools and re-engineering / development of local processes, with aim to increase efficiency of accounting operations;
  • assistance to internal and external audit process.



  • Proficiency knowledge of Office, especially Excel, including advances formulas; VBA will be a plus;
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset;
  • Flexible approach to work and able to work under pressure;
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships;
  • Energetic and self-motivated, with ability to work independently yet achieve set goals and targets within deadlines;
  • Knowledge of the inter-departments processes running within the company;
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, including the ability to manage several competing priorities at the same time;
  • Ability to work alone on own initiative and as part of a team.
