Senior Buyer  Slatina

Position purpose 
Execute Purchasing Process according to internal company procedures and Purchasing Sourcing Handbook.
Minimize Total Cost of Ownership by insuring best commercial conditions for the company, while respecting deadlines and time frame.
Provide timely reporting to his/her line managers.
Participating at internal meetings with other Departments for leading and implementing the Purchasing activity in line with Purchasing Procedures and  the Factory need
Presenting reports of activity to the Sector responsible 

Responsibilities  
    Negotiate offers and Issue Purchase Orders
    Scouting for new suppliers
    Collect info for creating new suppliers
    Aggregation/reduction of suppliers
    Manage the relationship with internal customers
    Issue monthly reports 
    Management of internal catalogues
    Reminder list for codified articles 

Profile requirements
Education: 
-    University Degree
Competences: 
Mandatory:
-    Language: English (Fluent ) 
-    IT: Proficient PC user with special regard to Microsoft Office suite
Desirable: 
-    Language: Italian is a plus
-    IT: SAP Knowledge (MM Module)

Experience: experience in Purchasing Area is an advantage
