DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
The person will ensure implementation of new products in Slatina. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our R&D Product Development team in Slatina. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of new products, providing technical support to the Quality team, and collaborating with our headquarters in Milan. The ideal candidate will have ownership over specific product groups, manage SAP updates, and contribute to solving defects and implementing actions.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•    Industrialization of new products for production
•    Ensuring compliance with legislative and Pirelli standards
•    Providing technical support to Industrial and Quality functions
•    Supporting customer development activities and technical homologations
•    Liaising with technical platforms in Italy and Germany
•    Maintaining accurate documentation and preparing technical reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Education: Technical studies such as - Faculty of Mechanical, Engineering and Technological Systems Management, Chemistry, Material science, Transports, other Engineering specialization
•    Analytical thinking and attention to detail
•    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
•    Accuracy and perseverance
•    Effective communication and networking abilities
•    Experience: Newly graduates of Faculty/Master; any experience in the field will be an advantage
•    Fluent in English & Romanian
•    Flexibility and a proactive, dynamic approach
