DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the development and industrialization of new material mixing, from prototype stage to production. This person will collaborate closely with the Materials Department in Milan for the development of new mixing and processes, and will be responsible for validating new ingredients and processes. The role will involve working in close coordination with the Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Production departments.

 

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Responsible for the development and industrialization of new materials and processes.
  • Contribute to the raw material approval process, collaborating with all involved departments.
  • Organize and oversee tests for the industrialization of mixtures.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for industrialization.
  • Evaluate test results against established objectives.
  • Identify new solutions, develop and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the Materials Department in Milan.
  • Organize start-up activities for new production machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with Pirelli and legal standards.
  • Create and maintain technical reports.
  • Provide technical support to the Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments for production issues.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree in a technical field – preferably in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Materials Science and Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English is essential (Italian is optional).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify defects.
  • Teamwork and precision.
  • Computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
