Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
- Provides the day-to-day performance management guidance to the business’s management personnel through coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and initiates/ implement/ sustain positive changes in the people management
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key positions
- Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Carry out the HR activities such as:
-the yearly HR planning process and periodical review in line with the guidelines
-internal processes of sourcing and job rotation
-survey of the training needs in order to match them with the training offer or to design tailored training initiatives
-talent finding / development planning and scouting of candidatures for the International Mobility programs
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR business partner
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation, union relations
Excellent people management skills
Ability to lead with a consultative approach, and provide guidance and advice when needed
Strong coaching skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
