YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 

•Contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality process. 
•Map, monitor and keep under control the quality level of the manufacturing processes. 
•Carry out gap analysis and define the needed improvements addressing proper actions.
•Act to reduce waste by studying and promoting continuous improvement solutions.
•Spread around the best practices with the involvement of relevant Central Technical functions and Quality Departments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

•Engineering Master’s degree (preferable Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering).
•Between 3 and 5 years of experience in roles such as Quality Supervisor, Process Quality Engineer in a Manufacturing environment.
•Good knowledge of the English language.
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods.
•Communication and Leadership.
