Maintenance Coordinator

The candidate, inserted in the Maintenance area , will work within the Maintenance team according to the PMS logics, carrying out the following activities:

- Identify and facilitate processes for improvement projects, training and workshops to guide the culture of change

- High level of root cause analysis to determine metrics, solve Maintenance / Business problems, parts management, project planning, capacity and create process documentation (SMP, SOP, OPL, EWO analysis, ...)

- Performs advanced data collection and analysis to map processes, develop budget proposals and cost analysis to determine project feasibility

- Design, install and eliminate errors in equipment and capital goods related to process improvement

- Develop and conduct internal audits, evaluation programs and reviews to drive results with the strength to ensure that change is permanent

- Develop the dedicated IT tools (like CMMS, PCS, SAP ecc.) to better manage the improvement activities and process

- Analyze the root causes of faults and guides the standardization of the maintenance processes aimed at improving the performance KPIs of the machines

- Manage the direct and indirect resources thought the assigned activity and project. Support technicians during breakdowns and preventive maintenance

Lead training to impress the culture of change after identifying processes for improvement projects. Prepare and present to the top level management reports and projects

- Report in detail the activities carried out reporting promptly any improvements or problems on machinery and equipment. Prepare all the periodic evaluation reports of organization

- Conduct and support the activities of 5S in the workplace on the availability of tools, devices, measuring instruments, tools, machinery, equipment, hardware, software, vehicles and anything else supplied to organization

- Support HSE team in good usage of PPE going to improve the use and creating specific projects for awareness and training

- Operate in compliance with the provisions of the relevant national and company regulations


Technical skills

• Mastery of the "Office" package and basic knowledge of SAP applications

• Basic knowledge of industrial technical design, fluid and electric diagrams and PLC

• Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (KPI): MTD, MTTR, MTBF

• Basic knowledge of legislation and technical regulations in the field of occupational safety and hygiene

• Knowledge of diagnostic tools

• Knowledge of analysis and problem solving techniques (eg Kaizen, Lean, TPM, 5S, WCM)



-Master's degree or short degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Automation, Electronics or other similar egineering specialization

-At least 5 years of experience in similar role

-Good Italian is mandatory as well as medium English level (knowledge of other languages are really appreciated)
