Main Activities:
• Provide general Customer Support (process, product, quality) to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Proactively work with customer and plant to anticipate and address problems and issues before they escalate
• Support New Product Development, by preparing and maintaining Product Quality documentation according to Customer Specific Requirements
• Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by Customers
• Manage and coordinate customers Audit and relevant improvement plans.
