WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Planning and controlling daily production activities, tracking time and resource allocation.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Working with departments like HSE, quality, and maintenance to ensure streamlined production processes.
• Developing and applying digital production tools (e.g., OEE, WMS) and updating technical documentation (OPL, SOP, IT).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Production, or a related field (preferably final year).
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma); familiarity with digital production tools (OEE, WMS); experience in creating and updating operational documentation.
