WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
The candidate will be placed in the HR team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico, supporting the function with focus on the following processes:
- SELECTION: activation, search and insertion of new resources;
- TRAINING: support in the collection of training needs and drafting of the training plan, organization of funded and non-funded training classrooms, interface with key suppliers for course planning;
- DEVELOPMENT: support in the different stages of the performance appraisal process and in the “talent” process (identification, definition of training and development paths)
- COMMUNICATION and ENGAGEMENT: design and implementation of communication campaigns; organization and oversight of plant visits; organization of events and people engagement initiatives.
- INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS: Support to the Industrial Relation area for the study part of the CCNL rubber, electric cables and plastic materials industries, for activities related to the specification; management of the daily newspaper; organization and supervision of plant visits; support to people involvement initiatives.     

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Master's degree in psychology, law, economics, political science and education science
•    English language skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Windows
•    Dynamism, results-oriented mindset, interest in factory operations and production processes
