DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Civil Engineer to support the successful delivery of civil, and utilities works within our investment project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the tendering, execution follow-up, and close-out of construction and infrastructure packages executed by external contractors/suppliers. This position is owner-side and requires strong coordination, technical oversight, and site follow-up skills to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Act as the Stream leader of technical office, a key pillars of World Class Manufacturing methodology, actively leading projects and coordinating the roadmap of all activities in the factory that fall within this scope.
• Defining the civil scope of work for tender packages related to construction, infrastructures, utilities etc.
• Review and contribute to technical specification, design drawings and Bill of Quantities
• Support Purchasing for the prequalification and evaluation of civil/utilities contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor execution of civil works to ensure alignment with design documents, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants and authorities for site handovers. Prepare/follow up and compile handover documentation like work completion certificates, test reports, material/activity warranties, operation & maintenance manuals.
• Support implementation and commissioning of related projects, especially infrastructures, utilities, fire detection & extinguish system etc.
• Ensure all temporary work for the suppliers (site organizations/storage etc) are installed and removed safely.
• Ensure all HSE measures and internal rules are followed during the activity from the beginning to the end.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders. Coordinate with internal departments such as maintenance and Production/Operational, Utilities/Energy , HSE .

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years experienced in civil works execution or site engineering (preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects).
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and design specification.
• Familiarity with tendering processes , BOQs, and cost control priciples.
• Strong comunication, coodination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of AutoCAD , similar tools is a plus.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Flexibility: adaptable to changing work environments and varying project requirements proficiency in written and spoken English. Italian is a plus
