We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will take care of our social media accounts within the Digital Communication Department, who is responsible for the whole global digital content strategy. You will be responsible to manage Pirelli social media accounts, defining and implementing appropriate editorial plans to ensure a constant flow of communication both related to corporate and product dimensions. You will also be responsible, supported by social media and paid media agencies, to guarantee fixed KPIs in line with our business goals, from awareness to conversion, throughout monitoring and real-time reporting. 
Duties
•Support development of ongoing content calendars and manage daily publishing across all our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube);
•Collaborate and work closely with other teams, like marketing and motorsport departments to meet their needs developing social media content plans; 
•Manage relations and processes with the external agencies (social media advisor and media agency), starting from the briefing and concept phase;
•Manage the international coordination working with local social media departments of our key markets;
•Manage occasionally influencer activation, possibly involved in some content production;
•Do community management across social channels, constantly monitoring activities and providing researches also about competitors;
•Analyze activation and posts performance, reporting constantly on main KPIs for all channels involved, in the form of weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
Skills & Experience
•2 years of experience in social media (social media agency or multinational company – automotive or sport industry as a plus)
•Fluent in English (both written and oral)
•Experience managing reporting and monitoring tools for insights (Creator Studio, Sprout, Klear…)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the internal teams and external providers, with good teamwork skills in a dynamic environment
•Maximum flexibility and willingness
•Strong project management skills with an excellent attention to detail 
•Keep up to date with digital trends and be a constant source of ideas and inspiration
