Join the Mercato Italia, Sales Team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, in which, you are involved in the business undertaking commercial tasks and leading the design and the delivery of specific sales and marketing campaigns, targeted to the main car dealers and automotive players across the assigned commercial area in north-west Italy, from Tuscany to Valle d’Aosta, focusing on Liguria, Piemonte and Lombardia regions while maintaining the company business view on the main tyres and automotive trends on european and global scales.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
Targeted to the specific group of customers as the Car Dealer in north-west Italy area:
-Monitor proactively and evaluate ongoing business opportunities on field.
-Develop constantly the commercial loyalty of the present partners, upgrading the commercial offer and relation.
-Manage in a smart way the marketing levers and financial instruments to support and increase the sales.
-Monitor the financial compliance of the commercial process by manage the issuance of credit and debit notes and invoices received in relation to paid/payable rebates, dials and commercial orders.
-Perform periodical commercial review at central level in Milan headquarter by measuring commercial achievements on monthly base and by challenging sales targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•University’s degree or equivalent.
•Language: Italian and basic English.
•Technical/Specific Skill:
-Ability to manage the whole sales process, from commercial campaign design and delivery on field, to the compliance of the customer financial statements, keeping focus on core business task: increase the sales along car dealer channel, across the assigned area in north west Italy on daily base.
-Problem-solving, time management and teamworking skills as essentials.
-Strong personal organizational skills, self-driven personality, availability to national mobility by company car as crucial attitudes.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks within the local regions and central headquarter commercial perimeters.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel) and Salesforce Platform.
WHAT PUTS IN POLE POSITION
•Master’s degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
•Previous valuable experience in the role.
•Negotiation skills and assertive approach, emphaty, social intelligence.
•MS Excel and Salesforce platform (or equivalent).
•Autonomy, Flexibility and ability to operate in complex commercial organization.
