DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
Within the Quality team, the Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing quality data and supporting quality improvement & innovation. He/she will have the opportunity to gain an overview from both a business and an industrial perspective, with the main aim of driving continuous improvement.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•Acquire, filter and analyze the data from various data sources with methodic approach and with the aim of optimize efficiency and quality in the process.
•Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
•Develop and implement quality standards and specific project for Quality, digital-oriented.
•Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
•Monitor and analyze process performance metrics and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
•Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
•Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet quality targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•Master’s Degree.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
•Good knowledge of English and Italian.
•Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques for quality improvement.
•Technical tools knowledge: JMP, Mathlab, MS Project.
