DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
The candidate will join the Marketing Moto team at Pirelli headquarter. She/He will be responsible for Moto product strategy, positioning and development.

 

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•Participates in the definition of the product roadmap.
•Defines the business plan, concept, and detailed marketing specifications for new products.
•Leads project management for new product development, industrialization, and market introduction.
•Conducts market analysis (including competitors, regulations, and consumer needs).
•Manages the product range.
•Oversees product certification.
•Provides technical training for internal staff, such as local product managers, as well as for customers.
•Prepares launch materials for the press, markets, and customers.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•2+ years in a similar role in medium-large multinational companies.
•Strong technical background, science graduate.
•Knowledge of the motorcycle industry.
•The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is curious and pushes for innovation, is comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment, working with colleagues in logistics, R&D, industrial, commercial, legal, administration and control.
•Fluent in English both spoken and written language.
•Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
