The resource will be responsible for leading and coordinating all the transformation projects inside the Group Supply Chain both in the Regions and in the HQ, coordinating the main activities and collaborating with the key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Main responsibilities:
•Full project life cycle ownership
•Analysis of supply chain workflows identifying improvement opportunities 
•Definition and planning of the supply chain projects steps and priorities
•Organizing and leading status and progress meetings, tracking delivery against program objectives
•Define key performance indicators, develop metrics and service level agreements
•Organize projects steering committee to report regularly on the status of the projects

 

Skills required:

•A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain consulting environment or in developing projects in structured supply chain functions of multinational companies, with a focus on supply chain planning, warehousing and distribution management.
•Analytical and problem solving capabilities, ability in identifying problems, priorities and solutions. Flexible and able to adapt and respond to changing work situations
•Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) , leadership and ability to interface with cross functional teams and all levels of the organization.
