The candidate will lead, in the Sales Transformation Team (Strategic Marketing), projects and activities aimed at supporting the roll-out process of a CRM SFA system worldwide, in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Moreover, the PMO will be in charge of managing Pirelli’s global Sales Incentive project in cooperation with global HR and local branches.

We are looking for a person who has both quantitative and qualitative skills, proactivity, ability to deal with international stakeholders with different seniorities (even top management) ownership of each step of the analytic stream:

  • Data collection;
  • Data analysis;
  • Conclusions and key findings;
  • Action.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption process of the CRM SFA project, producing reports and sharing them with the Top Management of all countries involved, defining shared roadmaps;
  • Support the definition of benefits generated from different projects;
  • Provide the Top Management with monthly figures related to projects’ main KPIs;
  • Lead the Sales Incentive project, supporting the definition of the annual scheme, monitoring the evolution, coordinating the interactions with all markets.



  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Data ownership;
  • Leadership;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to convey clear information;
  • Team working;
  • Passion for automotive industry is a plus;
  • Italian (native/fluent), English (fluent), third language considered as a plus;
  • Degree in Economics and/or Marketing;
  • 2-3 years of experience in the same role.
