DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
You will be part of the Manufacturing function within the Academy and PME (Pirelli Manufacturing Excellence) department, where your focus will primarily involve overseeing the Manufacturing academy. You will be responsible for collecting global training needs, supporting internal trainers and developing and updating training programs to address these needs. Additionally, you will ensure effective communication with Local Training Managers and track training data and competencies to support continuous improvement in training processes.

 

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•Overseeing the Manufacturing academy, including collecting and analyzing global training needs, supporting internal trainers, and identifying factory-level trainers;
•Developing, updating, refining training programs in collaboration with HR and Local Training Managers to address gaps and emerging needs;
•Leading the digital transformation of the Quality Academy to integrate innovative solutions and improve training efficiency;
•Organizing and managing special events, such as Manufacturing workshops and PME workshops, across various countries and plants;
•Ensuring clear and effective communication with Local Training Managers regarding the Manufacturing upskilling roadmap and gathering future competence requirements from factories;
•Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of training data, certifications and competencies to support continuous improvement and compliance.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•Technical Master’s degree (STEM or equivalent).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong management and planning abilities.
•Proficiency in using Office 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel, and Forms.
•Good knowledge of the English language.
•3-7 years of seniority in a similar role.

 

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION  
•Previous experience as a Training Manager in a technical department will be considered as a plus. 
•Analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude.
•Strong synthesis and communication skills.
•Flexibility and ability to operate in complex organizational contexts.
