As part of an internal growth process at an important high-tech reality in the automotive sector, reporting directly to the Minifactoy Maintenance Manager and interfacing with the various internal and external functions (factory departments and head quarter group), a Maintenance Coordinator is sought for applying the Methodologies of Continuous Improvement on the Maintenance System of machinery / production plants. The position foresees to manage several resources in addition to the collaboration with the Emergency Service, Production, the Spare Parts Warehouse, the Technical Engineer Office and the Pirelli Sector Functions and to drive the inter-functional work group to ensure the improvement of the performance of the machinery / production plants.

Main Activities: 
The candidate, inserted in the Maintenance area , will work within the Maintenance team according to the PMS logics, carrying out the following activities:
- Identify and facilitate processes for improvement projects, training and workshops to guide the culture of change
- High level of root cause analysis to determine metrics, solve Maintenance / Business problems, parts management, project planning, capacity and create process documentation (SMP, SOP, OPL, EWO analysis, ...)
- Performs advanced data collection and analysis to map processes, develop budget proposals and cost analysis to determine project feasibility
- Design, install and eliminate errors in equipment and capital goods related to process improvement
- Develop and conduct internal audits, evaluation programs and reviews to drive results with the strength to ensure that change is permanent
- Develop the dedicated IT tools (like CMMS, PCS, SAP ecc.) to better manage the improvement activities and process

RESPONSIBILITY AREA    
MAINTENANCE: Analyze the root causes of faults and guides the standardization of the maintenance processes aimed at improving the performance KPIs of the machines. 
MANAGING PEOPLE: Manage the direct and indirect resources thought the assigned activity and project. Support technicians during breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Lead training to impress the culture of change after identifying processes for improvement projects. Prepare and present to the top level management reports and projects. 
COMUNICATION: Report in detail the activities carried out reporting promptly any improvements or problems on machinery and equipment. Prepare all the periodic evaluation reports of organization.
PRESERVATION OF STRUCTURES AND SUPPLIED MATERIALS: Conduct and support the activities of 5S in the workplace on the availability of tools, devices, measuring instruments, tools, machinery, equipment, hardware, software, vehicles and anything else supplied to organization
PPE MANAGEMENT: Support HSE team in good usage of PPE going to improve the use and creating specific projects for awareness and training
RULES AND PROCEDURES: Operate in compliance with the provisions of the relevant national and company regulations

Requirments:
• Engineering degree
• Mastery of the "Office" package and basic knowledge of SAP applications
• Basic knowledge of industrial technical design, fluid and electric diagrams and PLC
• Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (KPI): MTD, MTTR, MTBF
• Basic knowledge of legislation and technical regulations in the field of occupational safety and hygiene
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of analysis and problem solving techniques (eg Kaizen, Lean, TPM, 5S, WCM)
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent skills in Problem Solving and Analytics
• Strong leadership skills to manage inter-functional work groups and direct resources
• Strong work experience in strongly unionized environments
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts and overcome obstacles with change
• Ability to relate and manage the suppliers to achieve the objectives
• Capacity for initiative and autonomy in compliance with its objectives
• Work in groups and communicate effectively with other stakeholders

• Master's degree or short degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Automation, Electronics or other similar egineering specialization
• Work experience > 5 years (Have the last 2 years of work experience in similar required position or at least in similar Industrial Maintenance field); Technical knowledge to manage problems on high-tech machinery (preferential knowledge of Professional Maintenance - WCM, TPM); Have some experience in people management

• Availability, flexibility and dynamism are required to meet the needs of a high-tech site with continuous-cycle production. Even if this position is forseen on central shift 5 days a week consider that the work takes place in a continuous cycle 7 days on 7 h24 on 8-hour shifts with 3 working days and 2 days off before the shift change.

• Good Italian is mandatory as well as medium English level (knowledge of other languages are really appreciated)
