We are seeking a skilled Logistics Efficiency Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role, who will be responsible for various activities within the Logistics Cost and International Transport team, with a primary focus on cost management, data analysis and efficiency projects.
This role manages the overall logistic costs through the collaboration with the region/country supply chain managers.
Main responsibilities
-Cluster and define cost categories, define global standards among regions/countries.
-Data crunching: prepare, structure, and model the costs system to run algorithms and analysis to highlight benchmarks, best practices, and find efficiency opportunities.
-Drive, follow up, and monitor efficiency projects with local logistics responsible, providing support.
-Consolidate logistics cost data and present the results.
-Interface with regional/country logistics responsible, Supply Chain Top Management, and Accounting & Controlling departments (both local and HQ).
Required Skills
-Master’s Degree Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
-3-5 years of experience with cost analysis in Supply Chain or logistics industry.
-Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel,..).
-Effective communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and interface with various stakeholders.
