Junior Product Intelligence analyst

The Junior Product Intelligence analyst will be joining the product marketing team HQ in Milan. The resource will directly follow activities related to Product intelligence: market analysis, product evaluation, competitors benchmarking and analysis. 
The resource will provide the necessary support while progressively increasing autonomy and ability to analyze data.


•Market analysis: commercial analysis, price positioning and sell in/sell out market trends analysis, product performance analysis, market coverage analysis
•Market trends evaluation 
•Competitors’ benchmarking and sales strategies analysis
•Drive intelligence team and IT towards introduction and development of digital tools to improve data accuracy and delivery
The resource will collaborate with different functions and teams within the Marketing function (Trade, Consumer & Digital), R&D & IT teams in order to support product managers in day-to-day decisions with dedicated analysis and reports, as well as support the digital transformation journey of the company.

•2/3 years of experience in Marketing, with specific focus on business intelligence, product management or pricing;
•Experience in Automotive or tyre market is a plus;
•Excellent academic path in Economics, Business Administration, management engineering or statistics is recommended;
•Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the use of the necessary tools to perform analysis;
•Great ability in working with data;
•Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) software package. Knowledge of data visualization tool like Tableau or Qlik Sense or Access is a plus;
•Strong passion for the automotive and tire industry is essential;
•Excellent knowledge of the English language;
•Good interpersonal skill.
