DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
You will collaborate with the Internal Audit department, and your focus will primarily involve the assessment of company’s procedures and their adherence to internal standards and legal requirements, in order to enhance performances and conformity to policies and legislation.


YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•Support the team in carrying out the audit interventions at the Group's Italian and foreign companies defined within the Audit Plan, with particular focus on process audits (Financial, Operational, Compliance).
•Contribute to the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate processes and their compliance with internal and external regulations.
•Collaborate in the assessment of the internal control systems of the Group’s subsidiaries, through process mapping and data analysis, actively contributing to the identification of potential areas of improvement.
•Support the preparation of reports on each intervention.
•Contributing to the management of meetings and relations with the corporate structures involved in audit activities.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•Master’s degree or equivalent.
•Familiarity with Industrial contexts.
•Fluency in Italian and English.
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
•Availability for travel/short trips abroad.

 

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION  
•Degree in Management Engineering, or other equivalent technical-management schools.
•At least 2 years of experience in similar role in complex organization or consultant company.
•Excellent use of Microsoft packages, including Power Point and Excel.
•Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
•Flexibility and ability to operate in complex organizational contexts.
