Title:  Internship R&D Innovation - PMO

Pirelli was founded in Milan in 1872 and today stands as a global brand known for its cutting-edge technology, high-end production excellence and passion for innovation that draws heavily on its Italian roots. With 18 production plants in 12 countries and a commercial presence in over 160, Pirelli has around 31,300 employees and had a turnover of about 6.6 billion euro in 2022. It is among the world’s major producers of tyres and associated services and the only one focused solely on the Consumer tyre market, which includes tyres for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

Pirelli is working in partnership with companies and research centers; it is involved in public funded national and European projects.
In particular, Pirelli is partner in MOST (National Centre for Sustainable Mobility) in the framework of the Next Generation Eu - National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). MOST involves 25 universities, with their research centers, and 24 large companies operating in mobility and infrastructure sectors that joined forces with the aim of supporting the green and digital transition in a sustainable perspective, ensuring industrial transition.

Main tasks:
-    Project management 
-    Support to periodical technical reporting 
-    Planning and alignment meetings with R&D functions involved in the program activities
-    Collaboration with partners for joint reporting and Work Packages activities’ status update.
-    Collection of R&D publications in different areas
-    Collection of technical reports from local R&D centers
-    Coordination with Planning/Finance for the integration and alignment with economics reporting 

Skills:

- Master of Science in Management Engineering or alternative background with technical and managerial skills.
- Quantitative mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Orientation to Project and Program Management, effective and on-time.
- Orientation towards an international company like Pirelli in order to join the team that develops its top technology and product.
- Italian
- English fluent, written and spoken.
