Internship – Purchasing Europe
 
Main Activities

Scope: Procurement Spending Data Harmonization & Vendor Rating Campaign Management. 

The candidate will support the following activities:
 
•    Analysis of the AS IS spending data classification model and harmonization of the criteria (material group & industry code) and DB
•    Launch, monitoring and reporting of the 2024 vendor rating campaign
•    Analyse the actual material group and industry code coverage
•    Compare the AS IS material group and industry code with reporting needing (HQ / Region / Country) and identify the required changes
•    Engage ICT team for system align
•    Set up Training Material and manage Countries communications
•    Monitoring e-learning campaigns status and produce relevant KPIs
 
Requirements:
 
•    MSc (or student) in Engineering or Economic subjects
