Main Activities

The resource will join the pre-development team, within the R&D Moto group, with the aim to design, develop and implement new technologies and methodologies to support 360° product innovation. It also coordinates the introduction of innovative and technologically advanced materials in collaboration with the other functions involved in the process.


The pre-development function receives marketing project targets and defines with a project management vision, the necessary budget and the schedule of development.


Activities and responsibilities:

  • Pneumatic study, design and validation
  • Statistical analysis of data
  • Design of experiment
  • Pneumatic modeling, kinematic models, vehicle dynamics
  • Supporting the design group with drawings and profiles
  • Working in collaboration with the testing group for the implementation of new methodologies


Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Degree in Engineering (mechanics, materials, automation, mechatronics, vehicles).
  • Knowledge of vehicle dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab)
  • Good knowledge of major programming languages such as Matlab and Python.
  • Good Knowledge of Office Suite or equivalent.
  • Team-Working Skills.
  • English Fluency (B2-C1).
  • Good communication, relational skills and ability to work in teams
