 Main responsibilities

Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the intern will be part of a team involved in the construction of the Maintenance Management System of a new Factory through the usage of the CMMS Software

  

•    Mapping the assets by cluster (Production, Auxiliaries, Utilities)

•    Define the producton machine structure identifying the critical parts for each asset

•    In collaboration with the external supplier and the internal technical people define the Preventive Maintenance Plan for each asset and upload them on the CMMS tool

•    Support the internal technical team in the coding spare parts process

•    Associate the critical components identified with the parts coded in the Warehouse (through SAP platform)

•    Identify on the market the best tool (mobile device) to be assigned to the maintenance operator for his daily activities on CMMS

•    Factory IIOT implementation. Local reference for the technical topics

 

 

Requirements

 

Master of Science in Engineering, Industrial ITC  

English: fluent;  Italian: preferred.  

Well knowledge of Microsoft Office and programming languages (Visual Basic.Net preferred).

Analytical skills, proactivity, ability to work in teams, problem solving, good relationship skills

Knowledge of Intelligent devices, Control systems (e.g., PLCs), Arduino and Python are appreciated
