Main responsibilities


Under the direction of the Energy Manager, the intern will be part of a team involved in the utilities management of the industrial plants, support, training and improvement of the energy management system according to the local legislation.

The intern will be also directly involved in the reporting of the existing Energy Performance Indicators of each production plants and in the preparation of the energy efficiency action plans.  




  • Monitoring the energy usage across the organization, mapping and continuously update the energy performances indicators (EnPI)
  • Define action plan for energy consumption reduction according to Company targets
  • Organize and coordinate energy efficiency actions
  • Preparing energy report to summarise consumption trend of each production plants
  • Develop and continuously improve the methodology for energy consumption reduction
  • Directly dealing with the factory energy, utilities and technical teams in order to improve the energy monitoring system
  • Report to the Manufacturing Director, the energy consumption performances of the Company
  • Improve the existing reporting system, developing a Digital Energy Reports to collect information from all departments involved
  • Proactively screening and propose innovation of energy technologies to be applied in industrial processes




  • English: fluent. Additional language: appreciated
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, strong proactivity
  • Predisposition to work in a multicultural environment
  • Motivation to learn and be involved in cross-functional teams
  • Basic experience with database management and SQL language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic knowledge in Data Analysis (Phyton, QlikSense, appreciated)


Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical and Energy Engineering is preferred
