Main Activities:
The HR business partner Intern will support the HR Business Partner Manager in all the activities for the Business Functions. 
We are looking for someone creative, with international mindset and who wants to give impact in the company managing HR activities such as:
• Support the Line to facilitate people life cycle management;
• Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management);
• Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
• Development/international mobility career path – training plans;
• Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
 
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Economics/Law/Philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
• Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
• Outstanding track record, fluency in English and good communication skills;
• Plus if any previous HR experiences.
