Main Activities

The candidate will be included in the HR team of the Settimo Torinese Industrial Center, to support the function with a focus on the following processes:


- SELECTION: activation, research and insertion of new resources;

- TRAINING: support in the collection of training needs and in the preparation of the training plan, organization of funded and non-funded training rooms, interface with the main suppliers for the planning of courses;

- DEVELOPMENT: support in the various phases of the performance evaluation process and in the "" talent "" process (identification, definition of training and development paths);

- COMMUNICATION and ENGAGEMENT: drafting of the Polo newspaper containing relevant news, design and implementation of communication campaigns; organization and supervision of visits to the plant; organization of events and initiatives to involve people.




Master's Degree in Psychology, Law, Political Science, Education Science

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Good English knowledge
Any experience in the HR field

Proactivity, operability, attention to detail, good predisposition to interpersonal relationships
