This is a challenging opportunity to manage the coordination of marketing projects in several countries and to guide marketing key messages to support sell out activities (product launches, promotions…).
You will work within the Consumer Marketing group, a team responsible for managing Pirelli marketing strategy and operations for all the key markets: from media to CRM, digital properties, analytics and researches, from product launches to promotions support.

What you’ll do: 
•Coordinate internal teams/stakeholders/markets to collect needs and KPIs in order to translate them into marketing projects, to be developed and implemented to answer to commercial and marketing goals; 
•Manage budget, timing and delivery of the projects - report accurately and proactively on the status, anticipate bottlenecks and balance business needs versus constraints;
•You will translate marketing needs and product needs into key messages, with the mission to identify and build meaningful and memorable projects, able to shape and enrich the product image and able to generate conversions (sales, leads). The ultimate goal will be to reach the right target with the right message;
•Coordinate delivery & operations through external agencies in order to ensure the best output possible; 
•Monitor market trends and study new communication channels and related creative needs (i.e. Tik Tok, podcasts, new social media formats…); 
•Support on analysis, monitoring, reporting on creative, providing key insights to drive business decisions and improvements.

 

Requirements:
•Experience of at least 4/5 years, with previous roles in marketing teams or consulting companies managing B2C marketing projects, or in marketing/creative/advertising agencies as account manager; 
•Ability to lead and guide creation and implementation of marketing concepts/messages with a multi-channel approach (ATL, BTL, Digital, Social products) to be translated into campaigns;
•Excellent PM and communication skills;
•Experience in managing the coordination of multiple teams and foreign markets; 
•Mandatory interest and passion for creative development and marketing campaigns;

Nice to have: experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, passion for automotive or experience within the industry.
