Join the Italian Credit Team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, in which, you are involved in the business undertaking credit-related tasks and leading the rewards recognition process, including, cross-functional collaboration on collection efforts and rebate process, review credit line applications and perform timely credit risk assessments balancing the need for growth business with prudent risk evaluation, provide reports to support client and business needs.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•With reference to a specific group of customers:
-Proactively monitor and evaluate ongoing risks, anticipate potential issues.
-Asses credit risk and performing creditworthiness analysis, to make decisions about order releases, as well as credit limits in accordance with delegation of power.
-Operational management of financial instruments to support sales.
-Collection.
•With reference to rebate management:
-Maintain system data integrity ensuring all rebates accruals.
-Monitor and manage the issuance of credit notes on the system or record/approve debit notes and invoices received in relation to paid/payable rebates.
-Perform periodic reconciliation and consistency checks between the accrued, allocated and paid rebates, investigating any irregularities in coordination with the marketing department.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•Master’s degree or equivalent.
•Language: Italian and English.
•Technical/Specific Skill:
-Ability to apply accounting principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements.
-Problem-solving, time management and teamworking skills as essential.
-Strong organizational skills and self-driven personality.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding internal financial routines.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel) and SAP.

WHAT PUTS IN POLE POSITION 
•Master’s degree or Equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
•Previous valuable experience in the role.
•Negotiation skills and assertive approach.
•MS Excel and SAP financial feature (or equivalent).
•Flexibility and ability to operate in complex commercial organization.
