DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
You will manage relationships with Pirelli HQ and car manufacturers, oversee testing logistics, provide on-track support, and handle post-race analysis. You will also collect race data, generate reports, and supervise one-make series championships, supported by a direct report.

 

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
•Being the point of reference for race events in various championships, both international (IGTC, GTWC, FCH, GT4 EU, McLaren Trophy…) and national (ADAC GT Master, ADAC GT4, Italian GT, Roscar, and NLS).
•Supervising championship organization for one-make series (Ferrari Challenge, McLaren Trophy), monitoring manufacturer satisfaction, and managing tire distribution plans to meet production limits and customer requests.
•Coordinating with various motorsport functions (travel, supply chain, R&D, quality, markets) to support technical requests, manage stock, provide feedback from events, and visit specific events to support critical market activities.
•Organizing shared calendars with Pirelli and car manufacturers, coordinating tire and fitting services, including logistics and on-time delivery.
•Assisting car manufacturers with tire requests, data for simulators, and last-minute changes based on weather or issues, ensuring continuous support both in presence and remotely.
•Collecting information about product use during international and national race events.
•Receiving feedback from teams, engineers, and drivers to improve product performance and assisting in future product development by reporting to the R&D department.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•Master’s degree or equivalent. 
•Familiarity with automotive and tyre market knowledge. 
•Fluency in Italian and English. 
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. 
•Availability for travel/short trips abroad. 

 

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION  
•Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.
•Proven experience in managing contacts with racing teams and sporting federations.
•Analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude.
•Strong synthesis and communication skills.
•Flexibility and ability to operate in complex organizational contexts.
