Understand, analyse and collect business requirements supporting the evolution of Pirelli Digital touchpoints in Micromobility business. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering compelling new Pirelli solutions in Micromobility business, contributing to the evolution of Business Unit Digital proposition.
Main activities:
•Collaborates with business team to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Shaping the product evolution to accomplish the Business Strategy and Business Plan.
•Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including design/user experience, Digital Product Manager, engineering and developers, Digital Marketing and Consumer Marketing.
•Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
•Partners with stakeholders, clients and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
•Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
•Lead the creation of a clear and shared Service/Product roadmap, in collaboration with Ux Responsible and Digital Product Manager; assuring that Business and Customer priorities will be properly addressed and will translate into well-defined and feasible product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
•Cooperates with Digital Product Manager to the prioritization and maintenance of the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
•Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and a good understanding of technology.
•You will manage stakeholders expectations, scope and budget discussions, and project communications by creating specific reports, documents, and presentations that clarify where the Product/Service is going and why


Requirements:
•Proven track record of delivering Digitally enabled services and/or products to the Market with a customer-first mindset
•A good balance of Business acumen and Digital trends and technology knowledge
•Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
•High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
•The candidate is dependable, hard-working, and can thrive in an environment with ambiguity and where priorities and tasks may change quickly.
•Excellent propensity to teamwork and collaboration in order to establish an effective collaboration with the internal team members, but also with external ones, such as suppliers who develop part of the solution to be integrated, Business stakeholders, etc..
•The experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
•Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
•Seniority: 4-5 years in a similar role
