It is among the world’s major producers of tyres and associated services and the only one focused solely on the Consumer tyre market, which includes tyres for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. 
 

He/She will have the following main responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, consolidation, and in-depth analysis of performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Take charge of the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to the company's success.
• Execute the final calculation of monthly data and contribute to medium- and long-term planning initiatives.
• Demonstrate expertise in monitoring the company's economic performance indicators through reporting, consolidation, cost analysis, and budgeting techniques.
• Familiarize oneself with business management techniques and proficiently navigate the SAP management system.
• Contribute actively to strategic discussions based on data-driven insights.

Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economy or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Display a keen aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate goal-oriented behavior and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possess business acumen and a curious mindset toward understanding organizational dynamics.
• Fluency in English and Italian. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel).
• Knowledge of Tagetik SAP is a plus.
