This resource will report directly to the head of the statutory financial statements of the Group’s main Italian companies, he/she will be working in a dynamic environment and will deal and oversee the following activities:

 

  • General accounting activities for the main Italian companies of the group
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Monitoring administrative activities conducted in service (customer accounting, suppliers, general accounting, treasury, intercompany reconciliations)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Balance sheets reconciliation
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Management of the capitalization process of tangible and intangible fixed assets according to national and international accounting standards (including IFRS16)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Preparation of statutory annual financial statements integrated with reports and supplementary notes in accordance with national accounting standards and IFRS
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Preparation of quarterly reporting packages in accordance with the group accounting principles

 

Skills and Knowledge required:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in economics (administrative - accounting profile)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">3/5 years of previous experience gained in similar positions and in multinational companies
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Knowledge of Italian accounting principles and IAS / IFRS
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Knowledge of SAP applications (FI / CO / MM / AM / SD modules) and Oracle
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Good knowledge of the office package (MS Excel)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Good knowledge of Italian tax and civil law
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Excellent interpersonal / communication / organizational skills and ability to work in teams
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Autonomy, ability to plan activities, manage priorities and respect deadlines.
