Drive Your Future   
You will join the Data Management team at Pirelli, where you will be responsible for governing and coordinating projects in the Finance and Management Control area. You will work closely with the business and IT teams to ensure the implementation of effective and scalable solutions, leveraging advanced technologies such as Tagetik, Oracle, Qlik Sense, and Talend.

Your Core Activities
• Analyze business requirements for Finance and Management Control processes, translating them into functional and technical specifications
• Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions to support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to release and post go-live phases
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration and efficiency of solutions
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities

What We Are Looking For 
• 5-6 years of experience in the field
• In-depth knowledge of processes in Management Control and Budgeting, Logistics, and Taxation, with practical experience in managing related IT projects
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and major data management tools
• Experience with EPM planning tools (Tagetik/Oracle/O9), BI reporting tools (Qlik Sense/Tableau/Power BI), and Data Integration tools (Talend)
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, with a strong focus on defining scalable solutions
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Ability to manage one or more teams supporting the project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at various levels

What Puts You In Pole Position

• Certifications in Tagetik, Oracle, Qlik Sense, or Talend
• Previous experience in manufacturing/automotive contexts
