You will join Workforce Planning and HR Analytics team in analyzing workforce data and trends to help shape our strategic HR initiatives.This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will support your tutor in:  
•    Analyzing workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
•    Developing of workforce plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.
•    Maintaining and updating HR analytics tools and dashboards.
•    Creating presentations and reports for HR and management teams.
•    Collaborating with HR team members on projects related to talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
•    Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. •    Strong analytical skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Ability to handle confidential information.
•    Keen interest in HR processes and workforce planning.
