DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
Joining the Product Development team, you will be part of an innovative engineering group focused on developing new tyre products. You'll contribute to the design and improvement of all technical components, from the tyre structure to the inner materials and compounds, collaborating with various technical departments.
Immerse yourself in cutting-edge CAE methodologies, laboratory tests, and track test data analyses, all while working in a vibrant, multicultural environment. Guided by your tutor, you'll tackle diverse and challenging activities, from CAE simulations to lab data analysis. Your fresh ideas and critical thinking will be highly valued as you contribute to our development team.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
•    Track Test Analysis: Learn how to conduct and interpret track test data to boost product performance.
•    Lab Data Interpretation: Gain valuable insights by observing and analyzing real-world laboratory tests and data.
•    Collaboration with production Plants: Gain insights into the production process by collaborating with production plants to bring new designs to life.
•    Project Management: Develop project management skills by planning and executing development projects.
•    Critical Thinking: Tackle real-world engineering challenges and sharpen your problem-solving skills.
•    Team Collaboration: Work in a vibrant, multicultural team and gain exposure to diverse perspectives.
•    Communication Skills: Enhance your ability to communicate and present your ideas effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Master degree of Mechanical/ Aeronautical / Civil Engineering is preferred.
•    Background in the following areas (in priority order) would be beneficial:  
o    Vehicle Dynamics.
o    Finite Elements simulations, ideally on tire applications.
o    Basics of CAD/CAE software.
o    Programming languages like Python (or Matlab).
•    Fluency in Italian and English.
