Title:  Internship - Training & Academy

Main Activities:

The candidate will work within the Academy team and will be involved in the development and implementation phases of international training and engagement actions.

In particular, the candidate will:
- support the team in the operational management of training actions and improvement of digital systems and tools relating to training processes.  - support in the management of the analysis, communication and reporting activities of the training courses and in the coordination of the training activities provided worldwide. 
- collaborate in the design activities of both traditional and online training courses.

The candidate will interface with Local Training Managers and other professional academies worldwide and will collaborate with representatives from other functional areas, such as Quality, R&D, IT and Internal Communication.
 
Requirements:

- Master’s degree ;
- Analytical mindset / familiarity with management of data analysis; 
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
- Strong skills of interpersonal relationship, communication, organization and precision;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel is required;
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors and / or E-learning platforms is a plus.
