Join the Moto Business Unit team and immerse yourself in a dynamic, youthful environment. From day one, you support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium term sales goals. A role challenged to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement that increase productivity aiming the business growth. Opportunity also to practice aspects of operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

· Weekly Analysis and Control of stocks and transit situation.

· Support on the implementation of a new analytics tool.

· Collaborate with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment service level.

· Reports and new KPIs.

· Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities.

· Work closely with Production Schedulers to support on area’s shared goals and troubleshooting.

· Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.

· Fluency in Italian and English.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.

· Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
