WHAT YOU WILL LEARN   

You will collaborate with your tutor to:   

• Operative support along the whole assigned Tyres commercial channel, focused on leasing and rental car companies as end-customers. 
• Maintain Salesforce data-system integrity, upgrade commercial profiles and related orders of the costumers, elaborate commercial benchmark and corporate report.   
• Develop the daily professional relationship with sales force agents, wholesalers and dealers by reactive assistance and proactive support.
• Analyze Tyre market scenarios and trends by commercial channel.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  

• Degree in Marketing, Economics or Management Engineering;
• Fluency in Italian and English;
• Ability to apply commercial principles and analytics in the interpretation of Tyre market trends and customer needs and behaviors, negotiations skills;
• Problem-solving, time management and teamworking skills ;
• Empathy, self-driven personality, negotiations skills.
