DRIVE YOUR FUTURE 
The candidate will work within the Europe Purchasing Department and will actively participate to the Procurement Spending Data Harmonization Process & Vendor Rating Campaign Management.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES 
Starting from day one, under the tutor supervision, the candidate will be trained to increase his/her autonomy in the following activities:

•    Analysis of the AS IS spending data classification model and harmonization of the criteria (material group & industry code) and DB
•    Launch, monitoring and reporting of the 2020 vendor rating campaign
•    Analyse the actual material group and industry code coverage
•    Compare the AS IS material group and industry code with reporting needing (HQ / Region / Country) and identify the required changes
•    Engage ICT team for system align
•    Set up Training Material and manage Countries communications
•    Monitoring e-learning campaigns status and produce relevant KPIs
 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate with:
•    MSc (or student) in Engineering or Economic subjects
