It is among the world’s major producers of tyres and associated services and the only one focused solely on the Consumer tyre market, which includes tyres for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. 

 

The candidate will be joining the HQ Product Marketing team and will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast-growing environment.
Starting from day one, under the tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with the Company and collaborate in the following activities:

•    Support in the complete management of the product portfolio through interaction with internal functions and major international markets: defining performance characteristics, evaluating market potential, price positioning, and sales results;
•    Support in the evaluation of new business opportunities;
•    Development of quantitative and qualitative market analysis of the tyre product and benchmarking against major competitors on a global scale;
•    Collaboration in the creation of internal communication and Trade & Digital Marketing materials.
•    Analysis and study of the main trends in the Automotive market, including the use of internal and external DB resources;
•    Continuous updating of strategic information regarding products, markets, and competitors, in order to create and/or update analyses to support the strategic decisions of the Head Quarter's senior management.

 

Requirements:

•    Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering or related fields
•    Fluency in English
•    Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

•    Good analytical and synthesis skills;
•    Familiarity with managing complex data sets under tight time constraints;
•    Interest in the automotive industry and market is a strong plus.
