Join the Motorsport Research & Development team and immerse yourself in a dynamic environment. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in technical support for the development of tires to supply the main world car manufacturers in the Motorsport segment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:     
*Designing off-road motorsport tyres, considering performance, durability, and market requirements.
*Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the tyre production process, including material selection and manufacturing techniques.
*Developing and refining testing methodologies, both indoor and outdoor, to accurately characterize product performance.
*Analyzing and interpreting testing results, using data to assess tyre performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Creating a development plan, outlining strategies to meet project objectives.
*Working within cross-functional teams to develop your collaborative and professional problem-solving skills.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
*Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
*Fluency in English and Italian;
*Basic knowledge of software required for the definition of a FEM model;
*Basic knowledge of Matlab;
*Team working attitude;
*Strong problem solving skills;
*Ability to perform very well under stress;
