DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the Operational Improvement team, and will have the opportunity to gain an overview from both a business and an industrial perspective. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in: 

• Project management ensuring progress of scheduled activities, timely detecting roadblocks and monitoring implementation
• Data collection and analysis from the different functions involved in the project stream, to regularly report main project KPIs to function leaders
• Provide support to project leaders to facilitate the successful completion of sub-projects
• Prepare detailed reports on project status and overall stream progress to project leaders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Fluent English and Italian
• Proficiency in Office usage
