From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in technical support in the field of material management, supporting our European motorsport factories based in Romania and Turkey. The role welcomes motivated and adaptable recent graduates who are ready to contribute to operation management in a dynamic industrial setting.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in: 

• Collecting demand for materials based on monthly production forecast;
• Defining intercompany material production plan according to available capacity, managing constrains and possible bottlenecks;
• Monitoring on weekly base the intercompany flow in order to ensure material availability for the productions.
• Supporting materials stock management together with logistic and suppliers.
• Improving and developing digital app and tools for easing material management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management or related discipline.
• Strong ability to work with datasets and manipulate numerical information reliably.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python also recommended
