The role welcomes motivated and adaptable recent graduates who are ready to contribute to operation management in a dynamic industrial setting.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in: 

  • Collecting demand for materials based on monthly production forecast;
  • Defining intercompany material production plan according to available capacity, managing constrains and possible bottlenecks;
  • Monitoring on weekly base the intercompany flow in order to ensure material availability for the productions.
  • Supporting materials stock management together with logistic and suppliers.
  • Improving and developing digital app and tools for easing material management.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management or related discipline.
  • Strong ability to work with datasets and manipulate numerical information reliably.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python also recommended
