WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
Budget Regions:
•    Performing periodic alignment of Marketing and Communication budgets with respective markets, ensuring reception and utilization of updated templates;
•    Uploading budgets into the database and prepare regular analyses to monitor budget utilization;
•    Conducting monthly verification of reports in SAP to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Budget HQ:
•    Verifying SAP reports for HQ spending monitoring and distribute them to respective HQ owners;
•    Communicating with HQ owners monthly to align on any budget variations and communicate them to the Controller;
•    Completing budget allocations by downloading reports for actual consolidation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields. 
•    Fluency in Italian and English. 
•    Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
